Payment Election Form means and refer to the written election by a Participant, in the form prescribed by the Committee, to voluntarily defer the payment of all or a portion of such Participant's Compensation under this Plan pursuant to Article II hereof.

More Definitions of Payment Election Form

Payment Election Form means the form provided by the Committee from time to time on which Participants make payment elections pursuant to Section H below.

This Election Form (Initial Payment Election Form- Appendix B) should be completed within 30 days following the date that the Participant enters the Plan unless it is changed by a Subsequent Payment Election as defined in Section 1.32

Payment Election Form means the payment election form attached hereto as Exhibit E and which may be modified from time to time by the Plan Administrator.
