Payment Election Form definition

Payment Election Form means the form substantially in the form attached hereto
Payment Election Form means and refer to the written election by a Participant, in the form prescribed by the Committee, to voluntarily defer the payment of all or a portion of such Participant's Compensation under this Plan pursuant to Article II hereof.
Payment Election Form means the form approved and used by the Administrator for the Participant to elect the time and form of distributions from his Account.

Examples of Payment Election Form in a sentence

  • The payment of the Deferred Compensation benefit, which shall be an amount equal to the balance to the credit of the Participant in the Deferred Compensation Ledger Account, shall be made or commence to be made in accordance with the manner elected by the Participant not later than 30 days after the payment date specified in the Payment Election Form.

  • This benefit shall be paid to the Director as elected on the Benefit Payment Election Form commencing the month following Separation from Service.

  • The Employee may, by submitting an effective superseding Deferred Payment Election Form at any time and from time to time, prospectively change the beneficiary designation and the manner of payment to a beneficiary.

More Definitions of Payment Election Form

Payment Election Form means the form provided by the Committee from time to time on which Participants make payment elections pursuant to Section H below.
Payment Election Form means a Payment Election Form in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C, as it may be revised by the Committee from time to time.
