Payment Confirmation Date definition
Payment Confirmation Date means, in respect of all outstanding Senior Advances and all outstanding Subordinated Advances, the date falling 5 Business Days prior to the relevant Settlement Date.
Payment Confirmation Date means the latest of the following dates: (i) the date of the Termination Event, (ii) the Termination Date, (iii) the date of receipt of executed Release and Covenant Documents by the Company or (iv) the end of any waiting period or revocation period as required by applicable law in order for the general waiver and release required by Section 2(a)(ii) of the Plan to be effective.
