Payment Code definition

Payment Code means the payment practices and best practice code administered by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management available (at the Effective Date) at: ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇; Purpose means to fund certain costs of the Project, only where and to the extent that the costs qualify as Eligible Expenditure; Quarterly Review has the meaning given to that term in clause 12.6;
Payment Code means a code generated by PayPal on a mobile device that can be used by a buyer to pay by scanning or key- entering the value at a Merchant physical location. A Payment Code may be valid for a limited duration for one or more transactions in one or more Merchant locations.
Payment Code means the code presented by a User in an application provided by a Mobile Payment Partner for Merchants to recognise and initiate Payment, which codes are generated in accordance with the Alipay+ code-scanning payment standards; 「支付碼」是指用戶在移動支付合作伙伴提供的應用程序中提供的用於商戶識別和發起支付的代碼,該代碼按照Alipay+掃碼支付標準生成;
