Payment Activity definition

Payment Activity means a Schedule Activity at WBS Level V that represents all of the Work that is eligible for reimbursement under Federal Law and has been cost-loaded in accordance with Section
Payment Activity means completion of an Element of the Work for which payment on account of the DB Contract Sum shall be due, subject to the terms of this Agreement and as follows:
