Pawn Shop means a building and/or site used for “retail” but in which the goods for sale are second hand personal items;
Pawn Shop means a place of Business, which is not a residence, where a Person may Pawn Goods;
Pawn Shop means an establishment engaged in the buying or selling of new or secondhand merchandise and offering loans secured by personal property.
