Pave Software definition

Pave Software means the Pave platform, APIs, WebSockets, libraries, sample code, source code, and other applications and materials more particularly described in a Service Order and made available by Pave, including, without limitation, through its website located at: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, or via such other methods as Pave may provide, from time to time.

  • The Company will also receive API Credentials or Pave Software for access to and use of the Services.

  • The Company will inform such Authorized Users of their obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the API Credentials or Pave Software.
