Patient manager means an eligible provider who has signed a contract with the department to perform patient management for enrolled recipients.
Patient manager or “PM” is the contracted provider who agrees to accept the terms of this agreement and includes any of the contracted provider’s employees, affiliated providers, agents, or contractors

  • Independent Manager shall refer to a member of the Board that meets the standards of an “independent director” set forth in NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4200(a)(15) (on any successor rule) with respect the Company, the Administrator and their respective affiliates. In the event a Special Committee is formed, the term “Independent Manager” shall, as the context requires, refer generically to each Independent Manager.

  • Emergency medical services personnel means that term as defined in section 20904 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.20904.

  • Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.

  • Contractor Representative means any of the following:

  • City’s Project Manager means the City’s employee, or his/her delegate, who is authorized in writing to deal with the Consultant on behalf of the City in connection with the Services, or to make decisions in connection with this Agreement;

  • Medical provider means a medical service provider, a hospital, a medical clinic, or a vendor of medical services.
