Patient Census definition

Patient Census means the number of individuals for whom the Clinic is currently providing care at one (1) location. *Organizations who have patients at two (2) or more Clinics or locations) may receive a 20% discount on their subscription fees. Organization must have two (2) or more KDQOL-Complete subcriptions to receive the discount. Discount applies only if 100% of Organization’s locations/clinics subscribe to KDQOL- Complete. *Research use of KDQOL-Complete will be charged per study at a minimum of $350/year or $1 per research subject, whichever is greater.
Patient Census has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).
Patient Census means the number of [**] patients that have an active Patient Prescription Monthly Standing Order and are then receiving dialysis with the System One. Examples of Patient Census in a sentence

  • At any time during the term, if the number of Active Patients under such Active Patient Census exceeds the Active Patient Census range upon which the fees were previously based, the fees shall be increased at Brightree’s then-current rates, or if pre-determined at the rate set forth in the Order Form.

  • At a minimum, NxStage shall always allocate Products to the Authorized Customer Locations consistent with Customer’s and the Authorized Customer Locations’ then-current share of NxStage’s aggregate Patient Census (as defined below) across all NxStage customers, consistent with the then-effective prescription items included in Customer’s and each Authorized Customer Locations’ Monthly Dialysis Supplies (hereinafter referred to as “Reasonably Allocate”).

Related to Patient Census

  • Patient means a person who is undergoing medical or other treatment as an in-patient in any hospital or similar institution;

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • Patients means both Public Patients and the Private Patients (referred by private doctors/private hospitals);

  • Medical Specialist means any medical practitioner who is vocationally registered by the Medical Council under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 in one of the approved branches of medicine and who is employed in either that branch of medicine or in a similar capacity with minimal oversight.

  • Hospice patient s family" means a hospice patient's immediate family members, including a spouse, brother, sister, child, or parent, and any other relative or individual who has significant personal ties to the patient and who is designated as a member of the patient's family by mutual agreement of the patient, the relative or individual, and the patient's interdisciplinary team.
