Pasta Connection definition

Pasta Connection or operate restaurants identified with the names "Arby's", "T.J. Cinnamons" and/or "Pasta Connection" and the right to enforce and take all other actions with respect to such agreements and collect and receive all royalties, fees and other amounts payable under such agreements, and all other assets of Arby's and its Subsidiaries reasonably related to any of the foregoing.

Related to Pasta Connection

  • Water Connection means the point where a water service line attaches to a water main, thereby allowing water to flow from the City’s water system to an individual customer.

  • Cross Connection means a jumper cable or similar connection provided pursuant to Collocation at the digital signal cross connect, Main Distribution Frame or other suitable frame or panel between (i) the Collocating Party’s equipment and (ii) the equipment or facilities of the housing party.

  • Service Connection means all cables and equipment required to connect the supply mains to the electrical installation of the consumer at the point of supply;

  • Interconnection means a connection between two or more individual Transmission Systems that normally operate in synchronism and have interconnecting intertie(s).

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Point of Connection means the point at which electricity may flow into or out of the Network;

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Disconnection means a deactivation of connection assets that results in cessation of distribution services to a consumer;

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Connection Point means an exit point or an entry point or a bidirectional point identified or to be identified as such in an access contract.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. List of Approved Contractors:

  • Substation means the apparatus that connects the electrical collection system of the WECS(s) and increases the voltage for connection with the utility's transmission lines.

  • Interconnection arrangements means arrangements governing the physical connection of two or more networks to allow the use of another's network to hand off traffic where it is ultimately delivered (e.g., connection of a customer of telephone provider A to a customer of telephone company B) or sharing data and other information resources. Reasonable inquiry means an inquiry designed to uncover any information in the entity's possession about the identity of the producer or provider of covered telecommunications equipment or services used by the entity that excludes the need to include an internal or third-party audit. Roaming means cellular communications services (e.g., voice, video, data) received from a visited network when unable to connect to the facilities of the home network either because signal coverage is too weak or because traffic is too high. Substantial or essential component means any component necessary for the proper function or performance of a piece of equipment, system, or service.
