Passenger Transport Executive definition

Passenger Transport Executive means a body which is such an Executive for the purposes of Part 2 of the Transport Act 1968;
Passenger Transport Executive means the Executive for a designated area within section 9(1) of the Transport Act 1968(73);
Passenger Transport Executive means a statutory body subject to local authority control that is responsible for the planning and funding of passenger rail services in a metropolitan area, as described in Section 9 of the Transport Xxx 0000.
