Within 90 days of acceptance of this Grant Agreement, the Sponsor must submit to the FAA an amendment to any approved Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) application that contains an approved PFC project also covered under this Grant Agreement as described in the project application.
In accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”), found at 14 Code of Federal Regulations (“CFR”) Part 158, the City of Philadelphia has been given approval by notice from the FAA dated January 30, 2001 to impose a $4.50 Passenger Facility Charge (“PFC”) on the fares charged to passengers departing from Philadelphia International Airport.
The respective sub-fund may acquire no more than – 10% of the non-voting shares of any one issuer; – 10% of the bonds of any one issuer; – 25% of the shares of any one fund; – 10% of the money market instruments of any one issuer.
However, use of this AC is mandatory for all projects funded with federal grant monies through the Airport Improvement Program (AIP) and with revenue from the Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) Program.
