Pass Through Trust ST definition

Pass Through Trust ST means the Roseton-Danskammer 2001-Series A Pass Through Trust created pursuant to the Pass Through Trust Agreement ST.

  • Pass Through Trust means each of the two separate grantor trusts that have been created pursuant to the Pass Through Trust Agreements to facilitate certain of the transactions contemplated by the Operative Documents.

  • Pass Through Trusts means all of such Pass Through Trusts. Pass Through Trustee. First Security Bank, National Association, a national banking association, in its capacity as Pass Through Trustee under the Pass Through Agreement and each Pass Through Trust.

  • Pass Through Trust Agreement means each of the two separate Trust Supplements relating to the Pass Through Trusts, together in each case with the Basic Pass Through Trust Agreement, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.

  • Pass Through Trustee means the trustee under each Pass Through Trust Agreement, together with any successor in interest and any successor or other trustee appointed as provided in such Pass Through Trust Agreement.

  • Class B Pass Through Trust means the American Airlines Pass Through Trust 2013-1B created pursuant to the Basic Pass Through Trust Agreement, as supplemented by Trust Supplement No. 2013-1B, dated as of the Issuance Date, between the Company and WTC, as Class B Trustee.

  • Basic Pass Through Trust Agreement means that certain Pass Through Trust Agreement, dated as of September 16, 2014, between the Company and WTC, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms (but does not include any Trust Supplement).

  • Class A Pass Through Trust means the Delta Air Lines Pass Through Trust 2019-1A created pursuant to the Basic Pass Through Trust Agreement, as supplemented by Trust Supplement No. 2019-1A, dated as of the Issuance Date, between Company and U.S. Bank, as Class A Trustee.

  • Related Pass Through Trust Agreement Means the Basic Agreement as supplemented by the Trust Supplement No. 1998-1A-O dated the date hereof (the "RELATED PASS THROUGH TRUST SUPPLEMENT"), relating to the Continental Airlines Pass Through Trust 1998-1A-O and entered into by the Company and the Trustee, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.

  • Pass Through Certificates means the pass through certificates issued by the Pass Through Trusts (and any other pass through certificates for which such pass through certificates may be exchanged).

  • Pass-Through Transfer The sale or transfer of some or all of the Mortgage Loans to a trust to be formed as part of a publicly-issued and/or privately placed, rated or unrated, mortgage pass-through transaction, retaining the Company as "servicer" (with or without a master servicer) thereunder.

  • Pass Through Documents means each Pass Through Trust Agreement, the Note Purchase Agreement, each Escrow Agreement, each Deposit Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement and each Liquidity Facility.

  • Class A Trust Agreement means the Basic Agreement, as supplemented by the Trust Supplement No. 2016-2A-S thereto, governing the creation and administration of the United Airlines Pass Through Trust 2016-2A-S and the issuance of the Class A Certificates, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.

  • Statutory Trust Statute means Chapter 38 of Title 12 of the Delaware Code, 12 Del. Code § 3801 et seq.

  • Class B Trust Agreement “Class B Trustee”, “Closing Date”, “Continental”, “Continental Bankruptcy Event”, “Controlling Party”, “Corporate Trust Office”, “Delivery Period Expiry Date”, “Downgraded Facility”, “Downgrade Event”, “Equipment Notes”, “Fee Letter”, “Final Legal Distribution Date”, “Financing Agreement”, “Investment Earnings”, “Liquidity Facility”, “Liquidity Obligations”, “Loan Trustee”, “Non-Extended Facility”, “Note Purchase Agreement”, “Operative Agreements”, “Participation Agreement”, “Performing Equipment Note”, “Person”, “Pool Balance”, “Rating Agencies”, “Regular Distribution Date”, “Replacement Liquidity Facility”, “Responsible Officer”, “Scheduled Payment”, “Special Payment”, “Stated Interest Rate”, “Subordination Agent”, “Taxes”, “Threshold Rating”, “Transfer”, “Trust Agreement”, “Trustee”, “Underwriters”, and “Underwriting Agreement”.

  • Delaware Trust Statute means the Delaware Statutory Trust Act, Chapter 38 of Title 12 of the Delaware Code, 12 Del. C. § 3801 et seq., as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Class A Trust Has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., a national banking association, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as supplemental interest trust trustee, and any successor thereto.

  • Master Trust Trustee means the entity acting as trustee under the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Owner Trust means with respect to any Leased Aircraft, the trust created by the "Trust Agreement" referred to in the Leased Aircraft Indenture related thereto.

  • Business Trust Statute means Chapter 38 of Title 12 of the Delaware Code, 12 Del. Code ss. 3801 et seq., as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Class B Trust Class B Trustee", "Class C Certificate", "Class C Certificateholder", "Class C Trust", "Class C Trustee", "Class D Certificate" and "Class D Trust", shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Master Trust Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, dated as of May 8, 2019, between Verizon ABS II LLC, as depositor, and the Master Trust Owner Trustee, as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time.

  • Trust Statute means Chapter 38 of Title 12 of the Delaware Code, 12 Del. Code § 3801 et seq., as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Grantor Trust Certificates Any class of commercial mortgage pass-through certificates issued under this Agreement that is designated as evidencing an interest in the Grantor Trust. The Class S Certificates and the Class VRR Certificates shall be the only Classes of Grantor Trust Certificates issued under this Agreement.

  • Class B Pass-Through Rate As to any Distribution Date, 6.500% per annum.

  • Class A-P Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class A-P Certificate.
