Pass Through Charges definition

Pass Through Charges means any applicable third party costs, charges, tax, duty, levy, tariff or any government or Regulator approved imposed charge relating to the supply and distribution of Energy to the Supply Points including without limitation, transportation and distribution use of system charges by the Electricity Distributor and/or Gas Transporter and VAT.
Pass Through Charges. : means any applicable third party costs, charges, tax, duty, levy, tariff or any government imposed charge, relating to the supply and distribution of electricity to the Supply Point including, but not limited to, transportation and distribution use of system charges by the Network Operator, Equipment Charges and VAT;
Pass Through Charges means all third party levies, costs, charges, taxes, duties or levies wholly or partly relating to supply and transportation of Gas to the Supply Premises or which We are otherwise entitled or required to pass through to You.

  • Unless specifically agreed otherwise in the Proposal, in the event of termination by Customer without cause pursuant to clause9.1 or by Recipharm for cause pursuant to clause 9.3, Customer will pay to Recipharm the remainder of the Product Price and/or Charges (as applicable) and any Pass-Through Charges less any cancellable costs of Recipharm.

  • Pass-through Items will be charged to Customer at Recipharm's cost plus a percentage sourcing, administration and handling fee identified in the Proposal (the "Pass-Through Charges").

  • Crown Gas & Power will be entitled to recover from the Customer any Pass-Through Charges imposed by the Network Operator.


More Definitions of Pass Through Charges

Pass Through Charges shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b).
Pass Through Charges means the actual documented costs charged (without markup) by a Third-Party Service Provider for the Services provided.

Pass Through Charges shall also include any costs whatsoever incurred or payable by us (i) for the disconnection of the Gas supply to the Supply Address together with all costs whatsoever incurred or payable by us for any subsequent reconnection of the Supply Address and (ii) as a result of the Network Operator or its authorised representatives or subcontractors responding to any unwarranted or vexatious request from a Customer for the provision of any service whatsoever and passing such charges on to us;
Pass Through Charges means the charges excluded from gross revenue to arrive at adjusted gross revenue for the purpose of levying licence fee as provided under the licence agreement of the service provider;
