Party to a transaction. ’ means an introducing broker-dealer, if any, an executing broker-dealer or a customer.5 Thus, in transactions in a TRACE- Eligible Security between members, each member is a party to the transaction and is required to report the transaction. An ATS is a party to a transaction in a TRACE-Eligible Security occurring through its system and has a TRACE transaction reporting obligation, unless an exception or exemption applies.6

  • Related Party Transaction means any transaction directly or indirectly involving any Related Party which is a transfer of resources, services or obligations between a company and a related party, regardless of whether a price is charged.

  • Card Transaction means any purchase of goods and/or services or any transfer or cash advances effected by the use of a Card;

  • Retail transaction means the purchase of prepaid wireless telecommunications service from a seller for any purpose other than resale.

For the avoidance of doubt, announcements as used in the definition of Acquisition Transaction Announcement refer to any public announcement whether made by the Issuer or a third party.

  • Closing Date Transactions means, collectively (a) the funding of the Loans on the Closing Date and the execution and delivery of Loan Documents to be entered into on the Closing Date, (b) the Debt Proceeds Transfer, and (c) the payment of Closing Date Transaction Expenses.

  • Bundled transaction means the purchase of 2 or more distinct and identifiable products, except real property and services to real property, where the products are sold for a single nonitemized price. A bundled transaction does not include the sale of any products in which the sales price varies, or is negotiable, based on the selection by the purchaser of the products included in the transaction. As used in this subdivision:

  • Financial Transaction means purchase, redemption, exchange or any other transaction involving the movement of Shares initiated by an End-User.

  • Specified Transactions means (a) any Specified Disposition, (b) any Permitted Acquisition and (c) the Transactions.
