Parts supplied to Buyer as replacement for defective parts are warranted for the balance of the warranty period still available from the original warranty of the exchanged parts.

Examples of Parts supplied in a sentence

  • Plant and Mandatory Spare Parts supplied from abroad shall be quoted CIP (Section 4, Bidding Forms, Schedule No. 1) and Plant and Mandatory Spare Parts supplied from within the Employer’s country shall be quoted EXW (ex works, ex factory, ex warehouse, ex showroom, or off-the-shelf, as applicable) free of sales and similar taxes (Section 4, Bidding Forms, Schedule No. 2).

  • Parts supplied by the Contractor shall be Original Equipment Supplier (OEM) equivalent or superior to that used in the bus original manufacture.

  • Parts supplied under the Service Contract will be new or reconditioned and will meet Seller’s applicable specifications.

  • The price(s) for the Product and/or Service Parts supplied to Buyer and/or Buyer Affiliate shall be based upon the agreed price(s) in the respective Purchase Orders issued under the Agreement, subject only to those adjustments set forth in Section 8 below, and shall each be broken down to at least the level of detail shown in the Cost Breakdowns.
