Partnership Policy Committee definition

Partnership Policy Committee at any time, means the committee, board or other similar governing body that oversees management of the Partnership at such time.
Partnership Policy Committee has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.1.
Partnership Policy Committee means the committee consisting of one person appointed by each of NPNG, PBGC and NWBPC that was established pursuant to, and had the rights, powers and obligations specified in, Section 6.1 of the Prior Agreement.

  • Policy Committee means the body created by this Agreement to approve the budget for the Consortium, to develop cooperative approaches regarding countywide GIS and the concerns of each party, and to perform such other functions as are set forth in this Agreement.
