Partnership Account definition

Partnership Account means an Account which is opened and operated by a partnership.
Partnership Account means the bank account or accounts established by the General Partner pursuant to Section 10.3 of this Agreement.
Partnership Account shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 5.

  • Specific instructions or conditions to operate the Partnership Account by the Authorised Signatory(ies) must be clear, in writing and shall be in terms acceptable by the Bank.

  • The balance of such Capital Contributions shall be held in the Production Partnership Account to be applied to the payment of Property Acquisition Costs and, to the extent not payable out of Income or Investment Income, Operating Costs, General and Administrative Costs, Direct Administrative Costs and other Production Partnership costs; provided, however, that such funds may be temporarily invested prior to the payment of such costs in accordance with Section 9.3.

More Definitions of Partnership Account

Partnership Account has the meaning given to it in Section 2(o).
Partnership Account means the account maintained by and in the name of the Partnership as shall be identified from time to time by the Partnership to the Agent as the Partnership Account.
