Partner Housemarks definition

Partner Housemarks means (i) the corporate logo of Partner, (ii) the trademark “AstraZeneca” and “MedImmune”, (iii) any other trademark, trade name or service xxxx (whether registered or unregistered) containing the word “AstraZeneca” or “MedImmune”, and (iv) any other trademark or service xxxx associated with goods or services of Partner or its Affiliates, but excluding the Product Trademarks and trademarks, trade names or service marks associated with goods or services outside the scope of this Agreement; and all intellectual property rights residing in any of the foregoing.
Partner Housemarks means (a) the corporate logo of Partner or any of its Affiliates, (b) the trademarks “CSL” and “CSL BEHRING”, (c) any other Xxxx (whether registered or unregistered) containing the word “CSL” or “BEHRING”, (d) any other corporate logo or any other Xxxx (i) used by Partner or any of its Affiliates to identify Partner or its Affiliates or to refer to any product (other than a Licensed Product) or (ii) used by Partner or any of its Affiliates with patient support or other information or services or Promotional Materials associated with any product (other than a Licensed Product), (e) all registrations, applications for registrations, and other similar intellectual property rights associated with any of the foregoing, and (f) all goodwill associated with any and all of the foregoing in clauses (a) through (e).

  • Except for the use of the Amgen Housemarks and the Partner Housemarks as may be expressly set forth in the Brand Plan, each Party will promote Products in the Collaboration Scope only under the Product Trademarks.

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • Promotional Material means any communication that relates to the Company or its services made to or directed at, or that relates in any way to the solicitation of a Prospective Customer or a transaction in an Existing Customer’s trading account. Promotional Material includes, but is not limited to, published written texts, training materials, advertisements, market analysis, research reports, correspondence to Existing Customers or Prospective Customers, newsletters and generally anything written that assists in the solicitation process.

  • Brand Features means the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features of each party, respectively, as secured by such party from time to time.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • License Elements means the following high-level license attributes as selected by Licensor and indicated in the title of this License: Attribution, ShareAlike.

  • Common Channel Signaling (“CCS”) is a method of digitally transmitting call set-up and network control data over a digital signaling network fully separate from the public switched telephone network that carries the actual call.

  • Advertising Materials means any advertising, marketing, merchandising, promotional, contest-related, public relations (including press releases), display, point of sale or website materials regarding or relating to the Licensed Products or depicting any of the Licensed Trademarks. Advertising Materials include any advertisements in which the System is displayed, referred to, or used, including giving away any unit(s) of the System as prizes in contests or sweepstakes and the public display of the System in product placement opportunities.

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees.

It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Named User License means the Metric and Licensed Level applicable to each Named User.

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Licensees means, collectively, the licensees, sublicensees or distributors under the License Agreements; each a “Licensee”.

  • Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.
