Partner Center definition

Partner Center means the web portal, currently available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ ■, or other Microsoft owned and operated interfaces, through which developers; (i) access their Publisher Account; (ii) receive communications from Microsoft relating to the Commercial Marketplace; (iii) submit Offers for Certification; and (iv) make Listings available in the Commercial Marketplace.

  • Within 30 days of termination of this Agreement, Microsoft will remove all of your Apps and In-App Products from the Store and terminate your access to your Store Account (including access to any information you stored in Partner Center while using the Store Account).

  • Partner agrees to review the information provided on the Partner Center on a regular basis, including information regarding this Agreement, the applicable Track Appendix(ices), Program Guides, and changes to any of the foregoing.

Related to Partner Center

  • Limited Partner Interest means a Partnership Interest of a Limited Partner in the Partnership representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and includes any and all benefits to which the holder of such a Partnership Interest may be entitled as provided in this Agreement, together with all obligations of such Person to comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. A Limited Partner Interest may be expressed as a number of Partnership Common Units, Partnership Preferred Units or other Partnership Units.

  • Limited Partners means all such Persons.

  • Partner Group means any legal entity that has direct or indirect Control over the Partner and only as long as that legal entity maintains direct or indirect Control (“Parent Companies”) as well as all Associated Companies of the Parent Companies.

  • General Partner Interest means a Partnership Interest held by the General Partner, in its capacity as general partner. A General Partner Interest may be expressed as a number of Partnership Units.

  • General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.
