Participation Unit definition

Participation Unit means the interest of a Participant in the Fund wherein

Participation Unit means an Award of an unfunded obligation of the Company that has a value derived from or related to the value of Common Stock, including but not limited to a stock appreciation right, phantom stock unit or restricted stock unit, that is payable in cash or Common Stock, or any combination thereof, as may be specified pursuant to the Award.
