Participation Costs definition

Participation Costs. For both category A (third-country) and B (European), a fixed contribution to doctoral candidates participation costs covering expenses related to tuition fees, additional library, student unions, laboratory consumable costs, residence permit, language courses costs etc.
Participation Costs means all costs payable by HOMI under subsections (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f) to Section 2.5 to the Drilling Agreement, for each Test Well and the Prospect in which the same is to be drilled, with respect to which HOMI and/or KCS shall have elected to participate under the Drilling Agreement. Accordingly, with respect to each such Test Well and Prospect, the Participation Costs shall include the total amount of all New Lease Acquisition Costs, Well Costs, Development Fee and Engineering Fee payable unto SEXI pursuant to the Drilling Agreement. It is the intent of the foregoing that Participation Costs shall include all out-of-pocket costs and expenses attributable to the HOMI Unit Percentage (as defined in the Drilling Agreement) with respect to a Test Well drilled under the Drilling Agreement in which HOMI and/or KCS shall have elected to participate, through completion of the Test Well as a dry hole or as a well capable of producing Hydrocarbons in paying quantities.
Participation Costs means an amount equal to the aggregate amount of costs, fees and expenses incurred in connection with the preparation and consummation of this NYDOCS01/1200447.18 Milacron – Note Purchase Agreement Agreement (including, without limitation, any additional costs, fees and expenses owed to the Administrative Agent (or sub-agent thereto) as a result of the participation of the Purchasers in the DIP Term Loan Facility), along with the ancillary documentation with respect thereto, and the issuance of DIP Term Notes hereunder, to the extent of the amount of such costs, fees and expenses in excess of $25,000.

  • Owner’s obligations to construct the Offsite Roads and dedicate specified ROW shall fully satisfy Owner’s Participation Costs.

  • The Programme Participation Costs will be deducted directly from the EMJMD scholarship.

  • The Call for Application along with all relevant and updated information regarding the Programme for the said intake, notably Participation Costs, number of EMJMD, ▇▇▇▇▇ and Consortium scholarships available, application process and curriculum must be published on the Programme website at least four (4) months before the application deadline.
