Participation Agreement J2 means the Participation Agreement (T2), dated August 17, 2000, between MWG, Joliet Trust II, Wilmington Trust Company, not in its individual capacity, except as expressly provided therein, but solely as Owner Trustee, Joliet Generation II, LLC, EME, United States Trust Company of New York, not in its individual capacity, except as expressly provided therein, but solely as Lease Indenture Trustee, and United States Trust Company of New York, not in its individual capacity, except as expressly provided therein, but solely as Pass Through Trustee.

  • Participation Agreements as defined in this Trust Supplement are the "Note Purchase Agreements" referred to in the Basic Agreement.
