Participating Municipalities definition

Participating Municipalities means that term as used in the district library establishment act, Act No. 24 of the Public Acts of 1989.

Participating Municipalities means collectively, all Tier 1 Short-Term Municipalities, Tier 1 Long-Term Municipalities, Tier 2 Municipalities, Tier 3 Municipalities and Tier 4 Municipalities.

Participating Municipalities means the municipalities for whom ONE JIB acts as the Joint investment Board under the terms of the ONE JIB Agreement from time to time;

• Gifts may appear to induce influence or create an incentive for Members to make decisions on the basis of relationships rather than in the best interests of ONE JIB or its Participating Municipalities.

• It is a schedule to the agreement between ONE JIB, each Participating Municipality and ONE Investment under which all Participating Municipalities and ONE JIB agree to the terms pursuant to which ONE JIB will manage and control the money that is not required immediately of the Participating Municipalities (the “ONE JIB Agreement”).

• Abiding by this standard helps to promote good governance and maintain public confidence in ONE JIB and the Participating Municipalities.

More Definitions of Participating Municipalities

Participating Municipalities means those municipalities or counties that adopt this Agreement subsequent to the Charter Municipalities.

Participating Municipalities means: Bagé, Pelotas, Rio Grande, Santa Xxxxx and Uruguaiana and any other municipality in the Guarantor’s State of Rio Grande do Sul which meets the criteria set forth in the Operational Manual to participate in the Program.

Participating Municipalities means all or some of the following municipalities participating in the joint compliance audit committee process: The Regional Municipality of Halton, The City of Burlington, The Town of Halton Hills, The Town of Milton and the Town of Oakville.

Participating Municipalities means those municipalities in the Recipient’s territory which meet objective criteria set out in the POM or the Grants Manual, as the case may be, for participation in the Project activities.

Participating Municipalities means any two or more municipalities involved in a consolidation effort, or which have been consolidated together into a consolidated municipality, pursuant to the provisions of this act.
