Participating Municipalities definition

Participating Municipalities means that term as used in the district library establishment act, Act No. 24 of the Public Acts of 1989.
Participating Municipalities means collectively, all Tier 1 Short-Term Municipalities, Tier 1 Long-Term Municipalities, Tier 2 Municipalities, Tier 3 Municipalities and Tier 4 Municipalities.
Participating Municipalities means the municipalities for whom ONE JIB acts as the Joint investment Board under the terms of the ONE JIB Agreement from time to time;

More Definitions of Participating Municipalities

Participating Municipalities means those municipalities or counties that adopt this Agreement subsequent to the Charter Municipalities.
Participating Municipalities means: Bagé, Pelotas, Rio Grande, Santa Xxxxx and Uruguaiana and any other municipality in the Guarantor’s State of Rio Grande do Sul which meets the criteria set forth in the Operational Manual to participate in the Program.

Participating Municipalities means all or some of the following municipalities participating in the joint compliance audit committee process: The Regional Municipality of Halton, The City of Burlington, The Town of Halton Hills, The Town of Milton and the Town of Oakville.
