Participating Firms definition

Participating Firms means a Proprietary Trading Firm or Trading Arcade that has been selected by the Bourse to participate in the Program and that continues to meet all Terms and Conditions thereof;
Participating Firms means as applicable, (1) the Proposer, (2) the Guarantor, (3) the new entity, if any, to be formed for the sole purpose of executing and performing the Design-Build Agreement, (4) the firm that will design the Project, (5) the firm that will construct the Project, and (6) any other significant participant in the transaction.

Related to Participating Firms

  • Participating FFI means an FFI that, as from the effective date of any rules requiring withholding on "passthru payments" (as such term is defined pursuant to Sections 1471 through 1474 of the Code and any regulations thereunder or official interpretations thereof), meets the requirements of Section 1471(b) of the Code and any regulations or other official guidance issued thereunder and that has not elected to be withheld upon pursuant to Section 1471(b)(3) of the Code;
