Participating Club definition

Participating Club means a Club which has been approved as a Participating Club by the Board and ratified as a Participating Club by resolution at a meeting of the members of the Society, and for greater certainty includes (subject to section 4.2 below) each of the four Clubs entitled as of the date these bylaws are approved by special resolution of the members of the Society to one director’s seat on the Board pursuant to the by-laws of the Society in force prior to these by-laws;

Participating Club means each of those seven (7) clubs whose representative team has qualified as a Participating Team for the Competition.

Participating Club means a Lions Club (which expression for this purpose includes Leos Clubs and Lioness Clubs) which has chosen to make the voluntary annual contribution to LEHP determined by the committee.

Examples of Participating Club in a sentence

• Prior to any player taking part in a football match under the control of the SMJFL, the player must be registered with the SMJFL via their Participating Club, with player details recorded on the online Competition Management System.

• All costs related to the inspection shall be borne by the relevant Participating Club.

• Each Participating Club is responsible for and bears the onus of fielding only eligible Participating Players in a Match.

• The AFC reserves the right to refuse the nomination of an Official Training Site and require a Participating Club to nominate an alternate Official Training Site.

• Should the Participating Club not propose an acceptable alternate Stadium by a deadline set by the AFC, the AFC General Secretariat may select a Neutral Venue to stage a Match or Matches.

Participating Club means a football Club participating in the Competition.

Participating Club means the Shining Souls Sports Club and other clubs as the board deems to be participating clubs from time to time.

Participating Club means a registered club participating in an authorised scheme;

Participating Club means any Club that (a) is the Owner of the Class A Owner Certificate of a Club Trust, (b) is an Owner of the MLB Trust and (c) is a party to, or has assumed all the obligations under, the Transfer Agreement with the Club Trust referred to in clause (a). The names of the Clubs that are Participating Clubs as of the Closing Date are set forth on Schedule I to the Club Trust Credit Agreement and Schedule II to the MLB Credit Agreement.

Participating Club means a registered club whose premises are part of an authorised inter-club linked gaming system.
