Participants Agreement definition

Participants Agreement means the participants agreement, dated as of November 24, 2006, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D, entered into among the Depositor, the MACRO Trusts, the Administrative Agent and the Authorized Participants who may be party thereto from time to time, which specifies certain procedures for the Paired Issuance and Paired Optional Redemption of Paired Holding Shares and procedures for the creation and exchange of Tradeable Shares for Holding Shares and Holding Shares for Tradeable Shares.

Participants Agreement means the “Participants Agreement among ISO New England Inc. as the Regional Transmission Organization ("RTO") for New England and the New England Power Pool and the entities that are from time to time parties hereto constituting the Individual Participants” dated as of February 1, 2005, as may be amended from time to time, or any successor thereto accepted by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”).

Participants Agreement means the participants agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Depositor, the Up-MACRO Holding Trustee, the Down-MACRO Holding Trustee, the Trustee, the Down-MACRO Tradeable Trustee, the Administrative Agent and the Authorized Participants who may be party thereto from time to time, which specifies certain procedures for the exchange of tradeable shares for holding shares and holding shares for tradeable shares and the creation of tradeable shares upon a deposit of holding shares.

Participants Agreement means the agreements and other documents identified in Section I of Exhibit L.
