Participant Material definition

Participant Material means data, information, teaching material, written extract, photographs, electronic media, or anything created by the Participant during the Programme that would be subject to copyright or constitute Intellectual Property of whatsoever nature, excluding for the avoidance of doubt, information contained in the Evaluation Documentation or in an on-line survey.

Participant Material as used herein shall mean any and all material generated or owned by the Participant, including but not limited to writings, drafts, notes, memoranda, reports, ideas, concepts, revisions, developments, summaries, stories, formats, scripts, series overviews, treatments, artist statements, and resumes, in any form or content, presented and/or shared, orally or otherwise, during the application process or in connection with the Workshop.

Examples of Participant Material in a sentence

  • Customer Data any data, information and materials inputted by the Authorised Users, Participants or Ayda on the Customer’s behalf in connection with access to and use of the Platform by such Authorised Users and Participants, including all Participant Material, records of agreements and consents given by Participants to any Participant Material, and all communications data between the Customer’s Authorised Users and the Participants.

Related to Participant Material

  • Participant ID means each unique identifier assigned to a Participant other than a DMA Customer by BSEF for access to the SEF operated by BSEF.

  • Disabled Participant with respect to a loan if it has no right to exercise any voting or other control rights with respect to such loan (other than the right to approve amendments to the material economic terms of such loan).

  • Participant Direction Procedures means such instructions, guidelines or policies, the terms of which are incorporated herein, as shall be established pursuant to Section 4.10 and observed by the Administrator and applied and provided to Participants who have Participant Directed Accounts.

  • System Emergency has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Program Participants means, for any CRP, the Centers (other than the Lead Center for such CRP) and any Partner receiving funding for activities under such CRP that are funded by the CGIAR Fund.

  • Covered Executive means any “executive officer” of the Company as defined under Rule 10D-1.

  • Study Participant means a person recruited to participate in the Study.

  • Designated Participant means a key Employee of the Company or any other Participating Company who is designated by the Committee in writing to participate in the Program.

  • Eligible Recipients means all Employees, all Non-Employee Directors and all Consultants.

  • Participant Documentation means the agreements (together with any applicable schedules, exhibits or appendices thereto required by BSEF) in form and substance acceptable to BSEF, that are required to be executed and delivered to BSEF before a Person may access the SEF operated by BSEF as a Participant. Participant Documentation shall not include DMA Customer Documentation.

  • Participant Account means that separate account maintained under the Plan to record the amount that a Participant has contributed to the Plan during an Offering Period.

  • Eligible Recipient means an employee, director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company who has been selected as an eligible participant by the Administrator; provided, however, to the extent required to avoid accelerated taxation and/or tax penalties under Section 409A of the Code, an Eligible Recipient of an Option or a Stock Appreciation Right means an employee, non-employee director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company with respect to whom the Company is an “eligible issuer of service recipient stock” within the meaning of Section 409A of the Code.

  • Non-U.S. Participant means any Participant that if it were a Lender would qualify as a Non-U.S. Lender.

  • FTR Participant means any Market Participant that provides or is required to provide Collateral in order to participate in PJM’s FTR auctions.

  • Service Award means any award approved by the Court that is payable to the Class Representatives from the Settlement Fund.

  • Performance Award means any right granted under Section 6(d) of the Plan.

  • Covered Executives means the Company’s current and former executive officers, as determined by the Administrator in accordance with the definition of executive officer set forth in Rule 10D-1 and the Listing Standards.

  • Covered Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(a).

  • Performance Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to a Performance Award.
