Partial Demolition definition

Partial Demolition means to destroy, tear down, level or raze any portion of an existing building or structure, including walls for additions, remodels, alterations or repairs, excluding but not limited to, painting, flooring, and cabinets or appliances.
Partial Demolition means the complete demolition of some rooms in a house.

  • If the estimated cost of the Partial Demolition ("Partial Demo Estimated Cost") is less than the estimated cost of the Seventh Floor Kitchen Demolition ("Total Demo Estimated Cost"), Landlord shall perform such Partial Demolition at Landlord's sole cost and expense.

  • If Landlord completes such Partial Demolition, Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to coordinate all demolition and removal work for the Partial Demolition with Tenant's contractors and Landlord shall not be responsible for any delays in Tenant's construction of Tenant's Work which result therefrom.
