Paros Ship definition

Paros Ship means the 3,800 dwt product oil tanker currently known as Hull No. DN-3500-9, to be constructed and sold by the Builders to the Paros Borrower pursuant to the Paros Contract and to be registered on the Delivery Date for such Ship in the ownership of the Paros Borrower through the relevant Registry under the laws and flag of the relevant Flag State;
Paros Ship means the 4,600 dwt product oil tanker Paros (formerly known during construction as Hull No.DN3500-9), constructed and sold by the Builders to the Paros Singaporean Borrower pursuant to the Paros Contract and further sold by the Paros Singaporean Borrower to the Paros Borrower pursuant to a xxxx of sale dated 20 January 2014 made between the Paros Singaporean Borrower and the Paros Borrower and registered in the ownership of the Paros Borrower through the relevant Registry under the laws and flag of the relevant Flag State with the name Paros I and IMO Number 9371323;

Related to Paros Ship

  • Existing ship means a ship which is not a new ship.

  • Ship means a vessel of any type whatsoever operating in the marine environment and includes hydrofoil boats, air-cushion vehicles, submersibles, floating craft and fixed or floating platforms.

  • Relevant Ship means the Ships and any other vessel from time to time (whether before or after the date of this Agreement) owned, managed or crewed by, or chartered to, any Relevant Party;

  • New ship means a ship:

  • Shipbuilding Contract means the shipbuilding contract dated 30 March 2011 and made between the Builder and the Borrower for the construction by the Builder of the Ship and its purchase by the Borrower as supplemented and amended from time to time;

  • cargo ship means any ship which is not a passenger ship;

  • Vessel means the vessel/craft belonging to the Contractor for carrying out the work.

  • U.S.-flag vessel means a vessel of the United States or belonging to the United States, including any vessel registered or having national status under the laws of the United States.

  • Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.

  • passenger ship means a ship which carries more than 12 passengers;

  • The Vessel means the vessel named in Box 5 and with particulars as stated in Boxes 6 to 12.

  • MOA means the Borrower’s Ministry of Agriculture;

  • Documented vessel means a vessel documented under chapter 121, title 46, United States Code or a vessel for which an application for such docu- mentation is pending.

  • Time Charter means the hire of a Vessel by which the charterer obtains possession and control of the Vessel for an agreed period of time or an agreed voyage.

  • New Shipper means a Shipper that is not a Regular Shipper.

  • Charter contract means a fixed term, renewable contract between a charter school and an authorizer that outlines the roles, powers, responsibilities, and performance expectations for each party to the contract.

  • Vessels shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Approved Manager means, in relation to each Ship, Allseas Marine S.A. a corporation organised and existing under the laws of the Republic of Liberia, having its registered office at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx and maintaining a ship management office at Voula Center, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx 000-000, 000 00 Xxxxx, Xxxxxx or any other company which the Agent may, with the authorisation of the Majority Lenders, approve from time to time as the technical and/or commercial manager of a Ship;

  • Approved Flag State means the Xxxxxxxx Islands, Liberia or any other country in which the Agent, may in its sole and absolute discretion, approve that a Ship be registered;

  • Crew means the Master, officers and ratings of the numbers, rank and nationality specified in Annex “B” attached hereto.

  • existing vessel means a vessel which is not a new vessel;

  • International shipment means the transportation of hazardous waste into or out of the jurisdiction of the United States.

  • Tank vessel means a ship that is constructed or adapted to carry, or that carries, oil in bulk as cargo or cargo residue, and that:

  • FPSO means a floating production, storage and offloading system used by the offshore oil and gas industry for the production or processing of hydrocarbons and for storage of hydrocarbons. FSOs and FLNGs are included within this definition. The determination as to whether a particular property constitutes an FPSO shall be at the sole determination of the Underwriter.

  • Charterer means a person, firm, corporation, association, partnership, or other legal entity who contracts for the transportation of passengers and baggage, or goods and/or property from a specified origin to a specified destination, for a particular itinerary, agreed upon in advance.

  • Fleet Vessels means all of the vessels (including, but not limited to, the Ships) from time to time wholly owned by members of the Group (each a “Fleet Vessel”);
