Master Plan means a subcontracting plan that contains all the required elements of an individual contract plan, except goals, and may be incorporated into individual contract plans, provided the master plan has been approved.
Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.
Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);
Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;
As built plans means drawings depicting conditions as they were actually constructed.
Disabled parking license plate means a license plate that displays the international symbol of access
Parenting plan means a written plan describing each parent's rights and responsibilities.
Master plumber means an individual who possesses the necessary skills and qualifications to plan and supervise the installation of plumbing and who is licensed as a master plumber.
Concept Plan means the plan for the Project.
Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Work, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections approved by the City in accordance with the Municipal Code and this Agreement.
Intended use plan or “IUP” means the program document identifying the intended uses of funds available for loans pursuant to the WPCSRF and the DWSRF.
Parent Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(c).
Building Plans mean the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and includes any approved amendments thereto;
Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.
Urban renewal project means undertakings and activities of a municipality in an urban renewal area for the elimination and for the prevention of the development or spread of slums and blight, and may involve slum clearance and redevelopment in an urban renewal area, or rehabilitation or conservation in an urban renewal area, or any combination or part of them in accordance with an urban renewal plan. These undertakings and activities may include:
Area Plan means the document submitted by the AAA to DSHS for approval every four years, with updates every two years, which sets forth goals, measurable objectives, outcomes, units of service, and identifies the planning, coordination, administration, social services and evaluation of activities to be undertaken by the AAA to carry out the purposes of the Older Americans Act, the Social Security Act, the Senior Citizens Services Act, or any other statute for which the AAA receives funds.
Indicators of student progress and growth means the results of assessment(s) of students as defined in N.J.A.C. 6A:8, Standards and Assessment.
Medical flexible spending arrangement means a benefit plan
Urban renewal plan means a plan, as it exists from time to time, for an urban renewal project, which plan shall be sufficiently complete to indicate such land acquisition, demolition and removal of structures, redevelopment, improvements, and rehabilitation as may be proposed to be carried out in the urban renewal area, zoning and planning changes, if any, land uses, maximum density and building requirements.
Service Plan means the Operating Plan and Budget appended as Schedules A and D2a of Schedule D;
Land use plan means a plan prepared under former 1921 PA 207, former 1943 PA 184, or a site plan under the Michigan zoning enabling act, 2006 PA 110, MCL 125.3101 to 125.3702.
Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.
Seller Plan means any Employee Benefit Plan maintained, or contributed to, by the Seller or any ERISA Affiliate.
Common promotional plan means a plan, undertaken by a person
Seller 401(k) Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(i).
Nursing program means a series of courses leading to an LPN certificate or an ADN degree provided through a Wyoming community college; or a BSN degree or a Master’s degree provided through the University of Wyoming; or, in the case of a candidate for a doctoral degree, provided through an institution offering the required nursing education courses under contract with the WICHE, or in a distance nursing education program provided through a university that is regionally accredited.
