Parking Practices definition

Parking Practices means those practices engaged in by Settling Supplier for which it has agreed to pay $1,000,000.00 pursuant to a settlement with FERC Trial Staff, as approved by FERC in Public Service Company of New Mexico, 112 FERC ¶ 61,033 (July 6, 2005), and more fully described by the California Parties in, among other things, the “Complaint of the People of the State Of California, ex rel. Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx Xx., Attorney General,” Docket No. EL09-56-000, dated May 22, 2009, at 24-25, and related materials.
