Parking lot owner definition

Parking lot owner means a person, or the person's agent or lessee, who holds legal title, deed, or right of occupancy to a parking lot. The term includes an agent authorized to operate or manage the parking lot but does not include a vehicle immobilization service licensee or an employee or representative of a vehicle immobilization service licensee.
