Parking Infraction definition

Parking Infraction means any unlawful Parking, Standing, or Stopping of a Vehicle that constitutes an offence;

Examples of Parking Infraction in a sentence

  • Acquire Parking Infraction Notices (PINs) and Uniform Traffic Tickets (UTTs) from the Cleveland Municipal Clerk of Courts.

  • Misconduct related to the receipt of a Uniform Traffic Ticket or Parking Infraction Notice if the Parking Infraction Notice was issued by personnel in the Division of Police.

  • parking attendant means a person authorised by or on behalf of the Council to supervise any Parking Place;

  • Operating Area means those areas on-shore in India in which company or its affiliated company may from time to time be entitled to execute such services/operations.

  • Tandem parking means that two or more automobiles are parked on a driveway or in any other location on a lot, lined up behind one another.

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)
