Parking Covenant definition

Parking Covenant means that certain covenant for the benefit of CLS (or its assignee or designee) in the form attached hereto as Exhibit M to be executed and recorded against the Land in the Land Records at or prior to the Closing that restricts and limits the use of the Land to the Parking Garage and Retail Development as set forth therein.
