Parent Stock Option Plans definition

Parent Stock Option Plans means Parent's 1986 Stock Option Plan, 1996 Board of Directors Stock Option Plan, 1999 Employee Stock Purchase Plan, 1993 Long-Term Incentive Plan, 1999 Supplemental Stock Option Plan and plans assumed in connection with the acquisition of Meridian Data, Inc. and ATL Products, Inc.
Parent Stock Option Plans means the stock option plans of Parent listed in Section 3.3(b), any other plans or arrangements under which Parent Options are issued and all stock option agreements evidencing stock option grants under the foregoing.
Parent Stock Option Plans means the Parent’s 2004 Restricted Share Plan, its 2002 Stock Option Plan and its 2006 Equity Incentive Plan.

  • As of September 30, 2000, Parent had reserved an aggregate of 59,884,263 shares of Parent Common Stock, net of exercises, for issuance to employees, consultants and non-employee directors pursuant to the Parent Stock Option Plans, under which (i) options were outstanding to purchase an aggregate of 54,630,672 shares; and (ii) 5,253,591 shares were available for future grant.

  • Parent has not issued or granted any stock appreciation rights or performance units under the Parent Stock Option Plans or otherwise.
