Parent Sites definition

Parent Sites means all of Parent’s public sites on the World Wide Web;
Parent Sites means the Parent's public sites on the World Wide Web; (ii) "Privacy Statements" means, collectively, any and all of Parent's privacy policies published on the Parent Sites or otherwise made available by the Parent regarding the collection, retention, use and distribution of the personal information of individuals, including, without limitation, from visitors of any of the Parent Sites ("Individuals"); and (iii) "Terms and Conditions" means any and all of the visitor terms and conditions published on the Parent Sites governing Individuals' use of or access to the Parent Sites.

Examples of Parent Sites in a sentence

  • Other than in connection with the Permitted Use, Licensee covenants and agrees that it will not release or permit the release of Hazardous Substances on the Licensed Premises or the Parent Sites in violation of any Environmental Laws without Licensor’s prior consent, which may be conditioned upon requirements consistent with Applicable Laws, Environmental Laws and Licensor’s risk management practices.

  • For purposes of certain Procurement Packages the term “Sites” refers to Parent Site(s) and Child Site(s), collectively.

Related to Parent Sites

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:

  • public open space means an open space area conveyed or

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Common Properties means and refer to those areas of land shown on any recorded subdivision plat of The Properties and intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of the owners of The Properties.
