Parent Side Letter definition

Parent Side Letter means that certain side letter agreement by and between the Parent and the Administrative Agent dated of even date herewith.
Parent Side Letter means the letter, dated the date of the Second Advance, from Parent and High Street Capital Partners, LLC to the Lender and JW Asset Management,LLC.Share Offering” has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.3(4).

  • Pricing Side Letter means that certain letter agreement between Buyer and Seller, dated as of the date hereof, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Acquisition Agreement means a letter of intent, agreement in principle, merger agreement, acquisition agreement, option agreement or other similar agreement.

  • Refinancing Transactions means the transactions described under “Summary—The Refinancing Transactions” in the Offering Memorandum.

  • Restatement Agreement means the Restatement Agreement to the Existing Credit Agreement dated as of June 30, 2017 by and among each of the Loan Parties party thereto, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.
