Parent Savings Plan definition

Parent Savings Plan means the U.S. Bancorp 401(k) Savings Plan as in effect as of the time relevant to the applicable provision of this Agreement.

Parent Savings Plan means the Arconic Salaried Retirement Savings Plan, as Amended and Restated effective January 1, 2015 and the Arconic Bargaining Retirement Savings Plan, as amended and restated effective January 1, 2015.

Parent Savings Plan means the Equitrans Midstream Corporation Employee Savings Plan.

• Any outstanding participant loans to Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Employees who elect a transfer under the Parent Savings Plan of their account to the Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Savings Plan shall be transferred to the Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Savings Plan in kind.

• Xxxxx Xxxxxxx will cause the Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Savings Plan to accept direct and indirect rollovers from the Parent Savings Plan of any account balances of such Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Employees in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Code.

• Parent agrees to provide to ElderCare, as soon as practicable after the Distribution Date, a list of the ElderCare Individuals who were participants in or are otherwise entitled to benefits under the Parent Savings Plan, including descriptions of their respective account balances and the protected benefits (within the meaning of Section 411(d)(6) of the Code) attached to their accounts.

More Definitions of Parent Savings Plan

Parent Savings Plan means the tax-qualified retirement plan maintained by Parent, for the benefit of employees of Parent and its Affiliates, which is intended to satisfy the requirements of Sections 401(a), 401(k) and 401(m) of the Code.

Parent Savings Plan has the meaning specified in Section 2.13(b).

Parent Savings Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.15 hereof.
