Parent Performance Unit means the right to receive a share of Parent Common Stock upon the achievement of specified performance goals.

Examples of Parent Performance Unit in a sentence

Parent shall be entitled to the benefit of the tax deduction in respect of any payment of any Parent Restricted Stock Unit or Parent Performance Unit.
