Parent Guaranty Agreements definition

Parent Guaranty Agreements means each unconditional guaranty agreement executed by the Parent Guarantors in favor of the Administrative Agent for the ratable benefit of the Secured Parties, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Parent Guaranty Agreements means the collective reference to (i) the -------------------------- Guaranty Agreement of the Ultimate Parent and Nexstar Finance Holdings dated as of January 12, 2001, (ii) the Guaranty Agreement of the direct Subsidiaries of the Ultimate Parent, dated as of January 12, 2001, and (iii) the Guaranty Agreement of Nexstar Finance Holdings, Inc. dated as of January 12, 2001, as each of the same may be amended, supplemented and/or otherwise modified from time to time.

Parent Guaranty Agreements means a collective reference to those certain Guaranty Agreements entered into by each of the Parents in favor of the Secured Parties in accordance with Section 4 hereof and substantially in the form set forth on Exhibit M hereof.

Related to Parent Guaranty Agreements

  • Guaranty Agreements means and includes the Guarantee of the Loan Parties provided for in Section 11 and any other guaranty agreement executed and delivered in order to guarantee the Secured Obligations or any part thereof in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
