Parent Guaranty Agreement definition

Parent Guaranty Agreement means the unconditional guaranty agreement executed by the Parent as required by the Fourth Amendment in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the ratable benefit of the Secured Parties, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Parent Guaranty Agreement means that certain Guaranty Agreement, dated March 25, 2003, duly executed by the Parent in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Agents and the Lenders, as such agreement may be amended, restated, or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.

Parent Guaranty Agreement means the Parent Guaranty Agreement made by the Parent in favor of the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders, substantially in the form of Exhibit E.

Parent Guaranty Agreement means that certain Parent Guaranty, dated the Original Closing Date, executed by Parent and GP in favor of Administrative Agent, on its behalf and on behalf of the Collateral Agent, the Issuing Bank and the Lenders, substantially in the form of Exhibit G hereto.

Parent Guaranty Agreement means that Continuing Guaranty dated as of the as of the date of this Agreement by Parent Guarantor in favor of Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
