Parallel Loans definition

Parallel Loans the loan(s) specified in the Parallel Loan Agreement(s), or, as the context requires, the relevant principal amounts form time to time outstanding;
Parallel Loans means loans made or to be made under the November Loan Agreement.
Parallel Loans means loans to be made under the Credit Agreement, provided that for purposes of Section 2.03(c) hereof, such loans are made contemporaneously with the making of Loans hereunder.

Related to Parallel Loans

  • Parallel Obligations means the independent obligations of any of the Grantors arising pursuant to the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement to pay to the Collateral Agent sums equal to the sums owed by such Grantor to the other Secured Parties (or any of them) under the Credit Documents.

  • Revolving Loan Obligations means any Obligations with respect to the Revolving Loans (including without limitation, the principal thereof, the interest thereon, and the fees and expenses specifically related thereto).

  • Parallel Debt has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.21.

  • U.S. Revolving Loans has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.1(b).

  • Canadian Loans means, individually and collectively as the context may require, the Canadian Revolving Loans, the Canadian Swingline Loans, the Canadian Overadvances and the Canadian Protective Advances.
