Par Redemption Price definition

Par Redemption Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b).
Par Redemption Price on any date means an amount equal to the sum of (a) $1,000 plus (b) an amount equal to the accrued but unpaid dividends on the share of Series B Convertible Preferred Stock to be redeemed to the Par Redemption Date, plus (c) an amount equal to the accrued and unpaid interest on dividends in arrears on such share of Series B Convertible Preferred Stock to the Par Redemption Date (determined as provided in Section 5).
Par Redemption Price means, for any Notes to be redeemed pursuant to Section 16.01(b), 100% of the principal amount of such Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to, but excluding, the Redemption Date (unless the Redemption Date falls after a Regular Record Date but on or prior to the immediately succeeding Interest Payment Date, in which case interest accrued to the Interest Payment Date shall be paid to Holders of record of such Notes as of the close of business on such Regular Record Date, and the Par Redemption Price shall be equal to 100% of the principal amount of such Notes).

Par Redemption Price shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.01(h)(i).
Par Redemption Price. ’ means, in respect of each Note, an amount equal to the sum of its denomination plus the accrued and unpaid interest thereon for the then current Interest Period (including Arrears of Interest and interest thereon) and, if the Redemption Date is on or within five business days following an Interest Payment Date, the interest payable thereon with respect to that Interest Payment Date, to the extent unpaid and any Additional Amounts.
