Panel Contract definition

Panel Contract means arrangements entered into with more than one Contractor for the supply of Goods of similar type and nature.
Panel Contract means a standing offer arrangement with multiple pre-qualified providers established by the Council or associated purchasing groups e.g. Local Government Association (LGA) Procurement (LGAP), Procurement Australia, Council Solutions or State Supply.
Panel Contract means an agreement between the Lead Department and a Service Provider with respect to the provision of the Services under the Panel arrangements, and includes this Agreement. Service Level Agreement (SLA) means this Schedule 6.
