Palm Domain Names definition

Palm Domain Names means all Internet domain names existing as of the Effective Date or in the future that contain the word, letter string or syllable “palm,” including any formatives, translations, transliterations, homonyms, symbolic representations and derivatives thereof, including XxxxXxxxxx.xxx, Xxxx.xxx and the domain names listed on Schedule 8.
Palm Domain Names has the meaning set forth in the License Agreement.

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.

  • Company Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property Rights owned by any Person (other than a Group Company) that is licensed to any Group Company.

  • Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property licensed to the Company pursuant to the Company IP Agreements.

  • Intellectual Property License Agreement means the license of Intellectual Property by and between Weyerhaeuser and Newco substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B.

  • Registered Intellectual Property Rights means all Intellectual Property Rights that are the subject of an application, certificate, filing, registration, or other document issued by, filed with, or recorded by, any Governmental Authority in any jurisdiction.

  • Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.
