Palladium definition

Palladium shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Section 1.1 of the Trust Agreements of the abrdn Palladium ETF Trust and the abrdn Precious Metals Basket ETF Trust, as applicable, relating to palladium.
Palladium means (i) allocated palladium plates or ingots complying with the rules of the LPPM relating to good delivery and purity from time to time in effect; and (ii) a contractual obligation against the Custodian to transfer an amount of palladium complying with the rules of the LPPM relating to good delivery and purity from time to time in effect not including Palladium included under (i) above.
Palladium means (a) palladium that meets the requirements of “good delivery” under the rules of the LPPM and (b) credit to an account on an Unallocated Basis representing the right to receive palladium that meets the requirements of part (a) of this definition.
