Paired Series definition

Paired Series shall have the meaning specified in Section 18 of this Series Supplement.

Paired Series means (a) each Series which has been paired with another Series (which Series may be prefunded or partially prefunded), such that the reduction of the Invested Amount or Adjusted Invested Amount of such Series results in the increase of the Invested Amount of such other Series, as described in the related Indenture Supplements, and (b) such other Series.

Paired Series means (i) each Series which has been paired with another Series (which Series may be prefunded or partially prefunded), such that the reduction of the Invested Amount or Adjusted Invested Amount of such Series results in the increase of the Invested Amount of such other Series, as described in the related Indenture Supplements, and (ii) such other Series.

Examples of Paired Series in a sentence

• The issuance of a Paired Series will be subject to the conditions described in subsection 6.9(b) of the Agreement.

• Each Paired Series either will be pre-funded with an initial deposit to a pre-funding account in an amount up to the initial principal balance of such Paired Series and primarily from the proceeds of the sale of such Paired Series or will have a variable principal amount.

• Under certain circumstances, a Paired Series may affect the timing and amount of principal collections available for the Series established hereby.

• Any such pre-funding account will be held for the benefit of such Paired Series and not for the benefit of the Securityholders.

• If the Series Term Sheet for the Series established hereby so provides, the Seller may issue a subsequent series of investor certificates (the "Paired Series") that is linked with the Series established hereby.

More Definitions of Paired Series

Paired Series means (i) each Series which has been paired with another ------------- Series (which Series may be prefunded or partially prefunded), such that the reduction of the Collateral Amount or Adjusted Collateral Amount of such Series results in the increase of the Collateral Amount of such other Series, as described in the related Indenture Supplements, and (ii) such other Series.

Paired Series means a Series that has been paired with Series 20[•]-[•] (which Series may be prefunded or partially prefunded or may be a Variable Interest) such that a reduction of the Collateral Amount results in (or permits) an increase of the collateral amount of the Paired Series.]

Paired Series means a Series that has been paired with Series 1997-1 (which Series may be prefunded or partially prefunded or may be a Variable Interest) such that a reduction of the Adjusted Investor Interest results in (or permits) an increase of the investor interest of such Series that has been paired with Series 1997-1.

Paired Series shall have the meaning specified in Section L2.

Paired Series means a new series paired with this series that may be used to finance the increase in the Seller Interest that results when the trust deposits Class A principal or Class B principal into the Series Principal Funding Account.

Paired Series is defined in Section 5.5 of the Base Indenture.

Paired Series means each Series which has been paired with a prefunded Series, and such prefunded Series.
