  • APARTMENT PAINTING AFFIDAVIT: Landlord shall hire a Painting Contractor to paint the walls of an Apartment before occupancy by Tenant or after occupancy, if for some reason Landlord’s Painting Contractor cannot perform his work before Tenant moves into the Apartment.
