Paid or Payable definition

Paid or Payable has the meaning given in Exhibit E.
Paid or Payable means, for a relevant period: (i) amounts in respect of which an invoice has been issued in that period; and (ii) any amounts otherwise paid in that period without the issuing of an invoice;
