  • The LESSOR shall turnover the Leased Premises to the LESSEE, as described and fitted out in accordance with this Contract of Lease Request for Quotation and the Manual for Standard Finishes for PAGCOR Facilities not later than from the effectivity date specified in the Notice to Proceed.

  • In the event that such provisions of the Memorandum of Agreement cannot be complied within the prescribed period because of fortuitous event and force majeure, as defined by prevailing laws and such other causes not attributable to the CONTRACTOR, PAGCOR shall have no cause for action against the CONTRACTOR.
